Oliver Pleiner is founder and principal of Pleiner Value Capital. He is a trained commercial bank manager, real estate economist and a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Oliver Pleiner has worked as MD for a mid-sized real estate financing institute being responsible for the international business. Besides his international experience Oliver Pleiner is an expert at the German real estate market, particularly in the Hamburg area.

Pleiner Value Capital guarantees discretion and reliability for each client. The well selected financing partners get provided with an information memorandum, which is informative, thoroughly analysed and of ‘bank-to-bank’ standard.
